SNOW EMERGENCY FOR NEWBURGH – 4 to 6 Inches Predicted for Eastern OC

****SNOW EMERGENCY DECLARED****

Reports seem to be gathering consistency that between tomorrow morning and sunrise Wednesday we will have 4 to 6 inches of snow throughout most of the eastern part of Orange County.  Reports are indefinite about what time it will begin tomorrow morning, but most agree it will become heavy mid to late afternoon.

City Manager Michael G. Ciaravino has declared a snow emergency in the City of Newburgh effective Monday, January 15, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. Snow Emergency parking regulations will be in effect until the Snow Emergency is lifted by the City Manager.
A snow emergency automatically goes into effect at any time there is a prediction of snow and/or ice of 2 1/2 inches or more according tohttp://www.weather.gov/
