INDEPENDENCE DAY FIREWORKS AROUND THE COUNTY

Orange County Freedom Fest at Thomas Bull Memorial Park
211 Route 416, Montgomery; July 21 – Gates open at 4 pm
Black Dirt Bandits and New York Swing Exchange Entertainment. Food Available
No pets, no glass containers, bags subject to check.

City of Newburgh –Fireworks will light up the City of Newburgh skyline on the night of July 4th. The fireworks display will be launched at the People’s Waterfront Park (former Consolidated Iron site – adjacent to Gully’s restaurant), on Wednesday, July 4th, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Rain day Thursday, July 5th.
Events will begin at 12 noon at UNICO Park with Artists/Vendors o the River
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Music to be announced
9:00 p.m. (approximately) Fireworks

Town of NewburghCommunity Day, Tuesday, July 3, 2018/Cronomer Park
6 pm – 10 pm Fire company displays, food, games, fireworks and more.

Cornwall/Cornwall-on-Hudson Independence Day – July 4th
The annual Cornwall Independence Day celebration will take place at Cornwall Town Hall Park, with a pet show at 10 a.m., craft fair, the Main Street Mile, annual parade and fireworks. A children’s art show will be on display all day long. “PARTY LIKE ITS 1776”
DOZENS of activities from 7 am till Fireworks at 9:30 pm,
Festivities including: lobster sale, pony rides, children’s games, pie eating, Neil and the Blondies Band, Sam the Magician, Macaroni the Clown, Singer Nick Logerfo, Parade, Awards, Flag Ceremony, Historical Pageant, Cornwall Reunion Band, Raffle Drawing and Fireworks.

Chester Fireworks and Block Party at Chester Community ParkJuly 9 Chester
1-9 p.m. The event will include bands, food vendors and a block party. Fireworks will take place at 9 p.m. Chester Community Park, Walnut Street & Vadala Road, Chester.

Village of Monroe Independence Day Festival July 3.   Food and fun for the whole family! Fireworks start approximately 9 p.m. at Millpond Park. Rain date 7/6.

And Don’t Forget the Great American Weekend in Goshen July 1-2, 9 a.m.-5 p.m
