West Point Spartan Run Brings out the Aroo!
The most recent Spartan Run in the area was held at West Point’s Lake Frederick on Aug. 25 in beautiful, warm, sunny weather. Many people from area towns took part in kids’, adults’, and three-time trifecta runs. Obstacles included climbing walls, nylon spider webs, mud pits, and fire. Congratulations to all who bested their own times, pushed their limits, and had a lot of fun.
