Amada’s Kitchen Expands

The popular Mexican restaurant in the center of Washingtonville just expanded to twice its size, taking over the space right beside it and celebrating its ribbon cutting on May 10 with a fiesta spilling over to The Lot, complete with mariachi band and children playing. Washingtonville mayor Joe Bucco and Assemblyman Colin Schmitt (whose office is now located at Fulton Square in the Village of Washingtonville) were on hand to help celebrate.
