WHS Hosts Invitational Varsity Swim & Dive Meet

The Washingtonville High School Varsity Boys Swim and Dive team hostedthe 2019 Wizard Invitational this past weekend.  Three of the team’s four rostered divers competed in an 11-dive format meet among  15 other divers from around the region.  Joshua Chait placed 11th, Jason Gannon placed 8th and Jackson Vinarub finished in first place, posting an impressive state qualifying score of 485.45.  The Wizards’ current record stands at 2 wins and 1 loss, with five more regular season meets coming up after their winter break.
