You CANNOT. This must be done at the Goshen Board Of Elections Building on 75 Webster Ave. (1 block East of the Government Center). You can only look at your information online. With the offices closed today (Feb. 12 for Lincoln’s Birthday), Thursday and Friday are the only days remaining to get it done. The Goshen BOE offices will be open on Thursday, 2/13 and Friday 2/14. from 8am to 5pm.
Board of Elections officials confirmed that updating or changing your party affiliation MUST be done there in person so they can confirm your signature.
Note: Changing party affiliation for a primary does not restrict how you vote in the General Election, it allows you to choose between primary candidates.
The form is only about 5 lines long and can be filled out in less than 2 minutes.
